Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Identify, develop, and enhance sales channel capabilities through increasing customer bases to ensure market share growth.\
  • Deal with administrative, financial, and consumer sales-related issues for exchanges and ensure maximum productivity efficiency.\
  • Maintain OSS and Sales Centers for assigned consumer market segments.\
  • Facilitate sales planning by analyzing information to gain a better understanding of customers and target products for residential and SME subscribers.\
  • Propose process improvements by performing area cluster analysis, gathering competitor information, and proposing cluster-wise promos and sales training.\
  • Formulate product promotions based on segment analysis.\
  • Liaison with operation teams, contact centers, JS/OSS for data gathering and increase coordination within channels to increase overall efficiency.\
  • Support regional sales channels to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets according to agreed quality benchmarks.\
  • Coordinate with trade marketing and channel development teams to ensure 100% compliance with all agreed policies and procedures.\
  • Lead regional teams regarding sales planning implementation for all PTCL channels, focusing on making sales channels efficient through scientific methods (Data Analytics).\
  • Ensure regional target bifurcation into several areas and territories for efficient sales and distribution management via direct and indirect channels.\
  • Follow up on pending orders with stakeholders.\
  • Conduct commercial evaluations of potential areas (dry pockets).\
