Procurement and Supply Chain Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the procurement and supply chain processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials, controlling costs, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Manage costing and tendering of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Maintain supplier performance and implement improvements as necessary
- Sourcing cost-effective materials for our manufacturing process
- Oversee purchasing budget and control costs
- Complete IPCs (Inspection and Performance Certificates) for material evaluation
- Maintain accurate records of material deliveries and inventory levels
- Negotiate prices and resolve disputes with vendors and suppliers
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and suppliers
- Process payments and invoices in a timely manner
- Verify order details and quantification for accuracy
- Document material delivery and issuance for every project
- Purchasing skills and experience
- Negotiation and client handling skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also have a strong attention to detail and maintain accurate records and reports.
