Leading Industrial Operations: Strategic Supply Chain Role

The successful candidate will oversee planning operations across the HUB, leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand forecasting, inventory management, and ERP process improvements.
This senior role involves strategic supply chain leadership and team management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with experience in industrial engineering, supply chain, or operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Optimize capacity utilization, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
- Manage demand forecasting, short-term planning, and supplier alignment.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and initiatives to reduce sales in excess.
- Drive process improvements through ERP and planning system enhancements.
- Lead and develop the Planning & Fulfillment (P&F) team.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
- Ensure compliance with HUB regulations and align with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus.
