As a Senior Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  2. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  3. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  4. Answer queries by employees
  5. Update office policies as needed
  6. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  7. Book meeting rooms as required
  8. Distribute and store correspondence e.g. letters, emails and packages
  9. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  10. Arrange travel and accommodations
  11. Schedule in-house and external events
  12. Manage extra work that has been assigned by management
  13. Outdoor Visits
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  2. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate administrative staff.
  3. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling various administrative tasks simultaneously.
  5. 05 years of experience.
