Job Title: Lead Qualification Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and online research to determine potential fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with US-based prospects to gather key information and assess interest in company products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and qualification status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align qualification criteria and handoff processes.
  • Follow up with prospects at various stages of the pipeline to nurture and convert leads.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Candidates with exceptional English communication skills are encouraged to apply
  • 0–2 years of experience in a lead qualification or similar role (Experience is preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in HubSpot & Salesforce is a plus
