Job Title: Education Manager

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee educational campuses from pre-primary to matric level, ensuring proper implementation of academic planning and policies.

Responsibilities include formulating recommendations for education, admission, examination, and discipline policies as well as suggesting improvements for the quality of education and teaching.

The incumbent will assist in preparing necessary documents ensure timely conduct of examinations and review examination results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive academic plans and recommend examination and admission procedures.
  2. Formulate education admission examination and discipline policies that align with organizational goals.
  3. Suggest targeted improvements for education quality and provide training for moderators and teachers.
  4. Prepare and manage necessary documents and conduct timely examinations.
  5. Review examination results attendance records and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Consult with relevant stakeholders and record advice.
  7. Visit educational campuses to identify issues and provide solutions.
  8. Determine staff needs and facilitate hiring processes.
  9. Guide educational campuses in annual appraisals budget preparation and training schedules.
  10. Resolve complex educational issues and participate in gatherings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in a relevant domain.
  • Strong communication presentation and analytical skills.
  • Able to join on immediate or short notice.
