We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Representative to undertake various receptionist and clerical duties at the main entrance of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent customer service approach, strong communication skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  1. Front Desk Management: Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area with all necessary materials readily available.
  2. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Answer questions and address any complaints or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  4. Respond to incoming calls and redirect or keep messages as necessary.
  5. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  6. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, and performing other related tasks.
  7. Check, sort, and forward emails in a timely and accurate manner.
  8. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
  9. Maintain updated records and files for easy reference.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position.
  • Familiarity with office machines, including fax, printer, and other equipment.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping principles.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations efficiently.
