Senior Paid Advertising Specialist

We are a dynamic and growing e-commerce platform in the US, specializing in automotive parts. Our technical foundation is strong, and now we are focused on scaling customer acquisition through data-driven paid marketing.
The RoleAs a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving high-quality, conversion-ready leads and sales for our US market through Google Ads campaigns.
You will develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max) to maximize Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) and minimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and perform rigorous A/B testing.
- Analyze performance data to drive campaign optimization and improvement.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Expert in Google Ads, GA4, and Google Merchant Center.
- Data-obsessed with strong analytical skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills.
