We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our sales team at Senew Tech.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales development and a proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Outbound Prospecting: Engage with leads via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our products and services and create interest in our solutions.
- Qualification: Assess the needs and purchasing authority of leads to determine their fit for our offerings.
- Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and overcome objections to close deals.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for our Account Executives with qualified leads.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in a Business Development Representative role or similar is highly valued.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Motivation: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Sales Abilities: Strong sales and management abilities are necessary to drive business growth.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous but not required.
