Lead AI Projects from Concept to Deployment

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to guide the development of AI solutions that meet the complex business needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical implementation teams and business stakeholders, providing technical expertise and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the AI project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Project Planning: Develop technical project plans, including resource allocation, technical dependencies, and risk assessments.
  • Tech Feasibility Evaluation: Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed AI solutions and provide recommendations on architecture, technology stack, and implementation approaches.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor junior technical team members and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Technical Background: Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, particularly in AI-related technologies.
  • AI/ML Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and their practical business applications.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to AI implementation (Python preferred).
  • Cloud Experience: Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Data Requirements: Strong understanding of data requirements for AI projects and experience collaborating with data engineering teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successful technical leadership in delivering complex technology projects.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
