We are currently seeking a Credit Manager to support our logistics client in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance team and contribute to delivering excellence in back-office operations.

Job Description
  • Manage and follow up on outstanding invoices across client accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolutions.
  • Handle inbound queries related to billing, payments, and account disputes with professionalism and expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in MS Excel. Knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years of experience in credit control or AR query management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
