Chief Credit Business Development Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the credit operations team to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing credit limits, conducting situational analysis of business recovery, and maintaining postpaid customers profiling based on credit worthiness.
- Manage credit limits for new and existing accounts according to defined policies
- Conduct timely and accurate evaluation of credit limits for new and existing accounts as per defined policies
- Maintain postpaid customers profiling based on credit worthiness, pay back history, and debt capacity
Responsibilities also include suggesting innovative collection strategies, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization, and ensuring adherence to internal audit standards and external regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of credit policies and tools
