
Sea Logistics Sales Professional

You will be joining a customer care team to add your expertise and skills to the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- To develop and diversify business in line with financial targets, work with internal and external stakeholders, and focus on key objectives:
- To own, monitor, and drive all sales activities for customers, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified, and nurtured through the sales pipeline to close profitable and sustainable customer deals.
- To align sales efforts with Customer Care Location Managers, Pricing, and Sea Logistics Business Development teams, including pricing decisions.
- To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
- To report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required.
- To align with CCL colleagues when onboarding new customers.
- To maintain and update relevant customer information in internal systems.
- To review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers and team.
- To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with the CCL.
Start each day reviewing market trends, challenges, and opportunities to ensure competitive proposals and optimized revenue. Engage with pricing and business development teams for smooth cross-functional collaboration. Focus on evolving people, customers, and carrier partners to establish trust and deeper relationships for a sustainable business and network.
