We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team and take on a challenging role as a Fintech Web Developer.

Job Description:

As a Fintech Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging websites that meet the needs of our clients. Your primary focus will be on creating user-centric experiences that drive conversions and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Create optimized websites and landing pages that effectively convert visitors.
  • Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, including A/B testing, enhancing user experience, tracking website traffic and conversions, and using heat maps for insights.
  • Ensure websites maintain a consistent appearance by enforcing content standards.
  • Communicate design ideas through user flows, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Hubspot, and Shopify.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web application development.
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
  • A relevant degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Familiarity with international web standards and protocols.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new techniques.
