Job Overview: As a Customer Care professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for receiving and resolving customer complaints in an authorized and timely manner, as well as streamlining market operations to ensure smooth functioning.
About the Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone who is highly skilled and experienced in customer care, with a strong background in journalism, mass communication, or a related field. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will be able to utilize social media marketing tools to create and maintain our brand's online presence, and will have a strong understanding of social media trends and their relevance to our marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and resolve customer complaints in an authorized and timely manner
- Streamline market operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Work closely with market leaders to gather relevant information
- Monitor the operations of all branch offices to ensure excellent customer service and efficient functioning
- Utilize social media marketing tools to create and maintain our brand's online presence
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
