
Persistency and Customer Retention Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage data-driven insights to develop strategies that enhance customer retention and drive persistency in premiums.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Claims, Customer Service, and Actuarial teams to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute initiatives to reduce policy lapses and improve business performance.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in the general insurance industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role focused on customer retention and persistency management.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree along with certification in insurance (a plus).
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Team Management, Retention Strategies, Knowledge of Insurance Industry, its Products & Regulations, Customer Relationship Management.
