Job Overview

This is a dynamic and diverse role that combines business acumen with strategic human resources projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Partnerships: Provides guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and business unit restructures.
  2. Mood and Morale Management: Drives engagement interventions to ensure the governance of HR KPIs and builds action plans for improvement.
  3. End-to-End Processes: Leads key cyclical people processes including Annual Pay Review, performance management, and calibration where necessary.
  4. Day-to-Day Performance Management: Provides coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions to line management.
  5. Data Quality and Metrics: Maintains a grip on key workforce data metrics and quality through simplified processes.
  6. Talent Agenda: Supports talent pipelining internally and externally, prepares high-quality talent forums using relevant data and insights.
  7. HR Solutions: Generates meaningful data insights and proactively identifies solutions to business problems, supporting business leads to further their agenda.
  8. Capability and ER Agenda: Extends support on Capability and ER Agenda across PTAB for B&W sites.
  9. Capability Plans: Leads capability plans of the site based on TNA's and competence evaluations.
  10. Union Relations: Builds relationships with unions and facilitates business/process improvements through union discussions.
  11. Employee Grievances: Addresses employee grievances and ensures high engagement levels with full motivation.
  12. Outsourcing Management: Leads outsourcing at site and ensures zero non-compliance with law or Unilever's Global Labour Standards.
  13. Relationship Management: Manages relationship with contractual staff and service providers, creating a smooth interface between management & CBA to implement business thrusts on time.
  14. Labor Law Compliance: Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
