Civil Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to lead our construction project in Islamabad. As the lead engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a 40-storey residential building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Create and manage resource-loaded plans with accurate material and manpower allocations.
  • Generate and analyze S-curves for effective tracking of project resources and materials.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and structural standards.
  • Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
  • Monitor progress and report on timelines, costs, and resource utilization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BE) in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
  • A Master's in Project Management is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate has 6 months to 3 years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel for planning and resource management is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for structural and architectural coordination is necessary.

Working Conditions:

  • This role is based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
  • Working days are Monday to Saturday.
  • This is a permanent employment opportunity.
