Job Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to take on the pivotal role of managing HR policies and procedures at our Chakwal plant site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent and fair implementation of our company's HR protocols, providing expert guidance and interpretation on all HR-related matters, and overseeing the performance management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective communication among employees and management while adhering to Industrial Relations regulations.
  • Guide managers and employees on problem-solving strategies, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance.
  • Manage staffing needs at the plant site for both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Address employees' inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
