Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administration and Human Resources professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success in HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our organization's vision and goals.
- Provide guidance and support to employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead and manage the administration and HR department, driving excellence through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of administrative and HR services.
- Ensure the maintenance of office facilities, furniture, equipment, and vehicles, promoting efficient use and minimizing waste.
- Streamline procurement processes and enforce relevant policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee employee records, including recruitments, transfers, training, performance evaluations, increments, bonuses, promotions, demotions, remuneration, benefits, misconducts, disciplinary actions, attendance, and leave.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, analyzing employee needs and creating tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions.
- Promote timely submission of Performance Evaluation Reports.
- Prepare bonus, increment, and promotion cases based on established criteria.
- Establish effective complaint handling procedures in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Conduct research and provide expert advice on competitive salary and benefits structures based on prevailing market rates.
- Report employee misconduct to the competent authority.
- Communicate HR policies, job descriptions, working conditions, remuneration, benefits, and opportunities to employees.
- Represent the company in HR-related cases before tribunals and courts.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the CEO.
- A minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience for Sr. Manager Administration & HR and 5 years' experience for Manager HR is required.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills are essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to discipline and motivate employees.
- Experience in designing and expanding training and development programs.
- Identifying training needs within an organization through job analysis and regular consultation with business managers and HR departments.
- Delivering training and development programs and devising a training strategy for the organization.
- Amending and revising programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Staying up-to-date with developments in training.
- Assisting top management in developing annual budgets and plans.
- Working with management to create new courses and evaluate existing ones.
