Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator located in Karachi Division. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing on-site event support. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and negotiation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Prior experience in the event management industry is a plus
