Design Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert design guidance and innovative solutions tailored to our clients' needs in kitchen, door, and wardrobe projects.

  • You will work closely with customers from the initial design phase through to the installation process, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through each project stage, from initial site measurement to final installation
  • Create customized 3D designs as per customer profiling and presentations to effectively convey design concepts to clients
  • Coordinate site verification and oversee installation processes to ensure quality and design accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Visit the customer's site at three stages i.e. before designing their proposal, during installation, and after installation
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintaining updated opportunity matrix
  • Coordinate with architects/contractors of client's pending civil work
  • Process client quotation/orders as per approved terms & conditions signed by the customer and ensure final drawings and cost summaries are properly discussed and signed off by clients
  • Follow up with technical team for quotations, orders, and timely revisions
  • Review quotations and drawings developed by technical department and dispatch hard copy of order to factory
  • Manage display ensuring it is in proper condition
  • Align visit for new lead/BD and regular visit in field to generate sales
  • Emailed progress report to client/architect every 15 days from start of project until its completion
  • Follow all SOPs related to KDW & retail sales
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in design consulting, specifically in kitchens, doors, and wardrobes
  • Strong proficiency in design software e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp/IMOS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong client-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality
  • Attention to detail and good understanding of market trends in interior design and furniture
