Main Responsibilities:- Sell company offerings by presenting compelling arguments to potential customers.

- Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach.
- Consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to boost sales outcomes.
- Monitor market dynamics and sales performance metrics.
- Significant experience in call center sales environments.
- Skilled in utilizing MS Office software.
- Knowledge of CRM and BRM methodologies.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and sales competencies.
- Effective prioritization, organization, and time management capabilities.
Years of Experience: 1-3 years
Languages: Fluency in English and Urdu
Working Hours: Part-time schedule with flexible hours up to 25-30 hours per week
Compensation Package: Salary plus attractive commission structure
