Business Development Role

The Channel Manager is a key role within the company, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with assigned channel partners.

Representing the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners, the Channel Manager may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused on a partner vertical market.

The Channel Manager reports directly to the Country Manager and plays a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partners.
  • Coordinate involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and targets.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partners.
  • Lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives financial targets and critical milestones.
  • Assess clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end-users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Manage potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.
  • Develop solutions that best address end-user needs while coordinating with all necessary company and partner resources.
  • Ensure partner compliance with established guidelines.
  • Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Recruit new qualifying partners proactively.
Requirements
  • Possess an MBA or BBA with specialization in Marketing.
  • Have minimum ten years of channel sales experience in business-to-business sales.
