Accounts Officer Job Description

Our ideal candidate is responsible for managing day-to-day account activities and handling financial demands.

The successful applicant will have knowledge of payroll, time sheets, compensation and benefits, reimbursement processes, and tax payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling accounting transactions for departmental financial requirements
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual closing and final settlements
  • Reconciliations of receivables, payable accounts and bank statements
  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, account payable and receivable

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of MS Office and accounts related software
  • Ability to manage work under stress
  • Problem solving with appropriate solutions
  • Following company policies and procedures
  • Time management and professional aptitude
