Sustainability Consultant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Consultant with 3-5 years of relevant experience in sustainability reporting, GHG emissions accounting, and HSE system development.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with one or more of the following domains:

  • Sustainability Reporting under frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, ESRS, CSRD, IFRS S1 & S2
  • GHG Emissions Accounting, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 assessments
  • Carbon Management: Carbon neutrality planning, carbon credit purchase/recycling, and emissions baselining
  • HSE Systems: Process safety analysis, HAZOP, HAZID, and other procedural and risk systems
  • Familiarity with sustainability assurance practices, materiality assessments, and environmental performance metrics

Key areas of expertise include but are not limited to:

  • Development of sustainable strategies and implementation plans
  • Analysis and reporting on environmental impacts and sustainability performance
  • Identification and mitigation of operational risks
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sustainability reporting, GHG emissions accounting, and HSE system development
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following domains: sustainability reporting, GHG emissions accounting, carbon management, and HSE systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
