Compensation Strategist

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of designing and implementing compensation strategies that drive business results.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining compensation programs, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to create awareness and implement plans.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

\

Additionally, they will have experience in managing increment cycles, creating stakeholder acceptance for reward projects, and conducting market data surveys.

\

The ideal candidate will also possess a Master's degree in Human Resources or Finance, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation and total rewards management.

\

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits matters, while also being able to operationalize through scalable mechanisms.

\

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of compensation strategies that support the organization's business objectives.

You will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
