As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding our partnerships by engaging with stakeholders, building strong relationships, and negotiating agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Reach out to partners, clients, and stakeholders to introduce our services and build rapport.
  • Needs Assessment: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and challenges.
  • Pitching Benefits: Explain how our services address the needs of our partners and stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders to turn initial communication into long-term collaborations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with partners, clients, or stakeholders.
  • Contract Drafting: Assist in preparing and reviewing partnership agreements and other related documentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, time management skills, and be able to handle objections and rejections professionally.
