Job Title: Senior Contract Manager - Gas Sales and Purchase Agreements

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Contract Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing gas sales and purchase agreements, ensuring compliance with prevailing petroleum policies, rules, and directives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review technical aspects of gas sale and purchase agreements and provide input to the supervisor.
  • Coordinate with E&P Companies for their input/comments or observations on agreement drafts.
  • Work with technical/relevant departments for comments/feedback on agreement terms.
  • Ensure compliance with prevailing petroleum policies, rules, and directives in dealing with GSPA matters.
  • Identify quantum of changes in draft agreements and ensure proper implementation.
  • Monitor approval process for acceptance of EWT Gas volumes and Commercial Gas volumes.
  • Guide team members in responding to OGRA and MoE clarifications/queries.
  • Respond to Government auditor queries regarding GSPA/GTA/Term sheets.
  • Prepare updates for the Board on progress achieved in GSPA/GTA/Term sheets.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA with at least 04 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Oil and Gas / Public Sector.
