The Talent Enablement (TE) manager is responsible for the training and professional development of the University's employees. The TE manager needs to focus on both the learners' needs and the organisation's objectives.
The TE manager will play a key role in the daily learning activities and within the TE team. This role requires independent coordination of TE activities, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and regular interaction with employees and third-party training providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-develop and implement TE strategies and programmes aligned with the University's objectives.
- Facilitate key TE programmes, such as Talent Development for high-potential staff and new hire orientations.
- Manage communication of L&D strategies and employee participation across TE programmes.
- Conduct and analyse employee learning needs.
- Develop and administer monthly onboarding programmes.
- Serve as the main contact for training and development inquiries.
- Stay updated on learning trends, theories, and technologies.

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, or Training with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Enjoys interacting with people.
- Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in facilitation skills.
