
Customer Experience Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Champion to join our team. As a Customer Experience Champion, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat.
Your primary duties will include engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
You will utilize comprehensive knowledge of our products/services to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
Handling multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses and meeting performance metrics is also an essential part of this role.
Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and concerns to facilitate continuous improvement in our support processes is also required.
Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure efficient issue resolution is also an important aspect of this job.
RequirementsTo succeed as a Customer Experience Champion, you must have:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Work EnvironmentWe operate from 9 AM to 6 PM (Morning), 3 PM to 12 AM (Evening), and 12 AM to 9 AM (Night).
