Tech Talent Acquisitions Specialist

Taleemabad is a pioneer in reimagining public education. We're looking for a Talent Scout who can think creatively, speak strategically, and recruit with purpose.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment funnel for Engineering and Product roles. This involves creating evergreen talent pipelines, working closely with hiring managers to shape job descriptions, interview flows, and hiring forecasts.
You'll design evaluation journeys that uncover mindset, mission-alignment, and skill potential. You'll represent Taleemabad in tech spaces, communities, and beyond, building trust across talent pools and hiring teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications- A creative problem solver who can think laterally
- A natural connector able to build trust across tech talent pools and hiring teams
- A strategic operator who thinks three hiring cycles ahead
- A curious technophile who 'gets' engineers
- A confident communicator with sharp instincts for storytelling, persuasion, and positioning
