About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our CBS HR Services team as a Payroll Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and verifying employee data, reviewing timesheets and attendance records, and ensuring accurate payroll processing.

Your primary responsibilities will include tracking and capturing of exceptional inputs for payroll. You will also handle employee benefits, enrollment, and changes, and coordinate with benefit providers for accurate processing.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with leaders from different streams to align on knowledge management efforts with interpersonal goals. You will also share standard processes and lessons learned with other parts of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and verify employee data, including hours worked, overtime, and pay components.
  • Review timesheets, attendance records, and benefit deductions for accuracy.
  • Tracking and capturing of exceptional inputs for payroll.
