We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Marketing & Sales Automation Professional Services division. As the second-in-command, you will oversee a team based in Karachi and be responsible for managing client success and growth initiatives.
In this role, you will develop project timelines, manage internal resources, and work closely with our Salesforce Operations Director to align resourcing needs. You will also handle client communications, prioritize inbound requests, and collect non-attended client calls minutes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience within SaaS organizations, excellent English communication skills, and a solid understanding of people resourcing. They will also possess a commercial mindset and be proficient in using Project Management tools.
Responsibilities- Developing project timelines and managing internal resources.
- Handling client communications and prioritizing inbound requests.
- Collecting non-attended client calls minutes and working closely with the Managing Director.
- Managing project profitability and updating internal Salesforce system with project completion 'actual costs'.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within SaaS organizations.
- Excellent English oral and written skills.
- Solid understanding of people resourcing (internal and external).
- Ability to implement new processes and procedures for new team members to follow.
- Commercial mindset with a logical approach for implementation.
- Effective use of Project Management tools (i.e. Lucid Chart, Askia, Trello, MS Office Tools etc).
