Administrative Director

The Administrative Director serves as a liaison between the practice and patients, providing clear explanations of diagnoses and treatment plans. They must be skilled in financial negotiations, insurance claims, and patient communication.
Main Responsibilities- Review treatment options with patients and their families.
- Discuss financial arrangements and make agreements regarding treatment costs and payment methods.
- Track all treatment plans presented using the Treatment Tracker system.
- Monitor case acceptance ratios and strive for a 67% acceptance rate.
- Estimate insurance coverage, educate patients on benefits, and submit claims as necessary.
- Schedule treatments only after signed financial arrangements are in place.
- Record referral sources and maintain accurate patient records.
- Organize office file systems and ensure cleanliness in reception areas.
- Perform end-of-day routines and update the office voicemail.
- Collaborate with the front office team to send thank-you letters to referring individuals.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, negotiation abilities, and stress management techniques.
Proficiency in various computer software packages, including Microsoft Office, is essential. Strong written and oral communication skills are also required for effective proposal writing, presentations, and memorandums.
