Overview of the Role:

The Director of Office Administration will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing strategic support to the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of People.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a unified calendar system for all offices.
  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation in People I.
  • Coordinate the CEO's schedule.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
