Customer Service Representative Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.

  1. Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Management: Handle and respond to customer leads through various communication channels, focusing on converting leads into customers.
    • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.

  2. Customer Service:

    • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Scheduling: Schedule repair services and appointments in coordination with our technicians.

  3. Vendor and Quotation Management:

    • Pricing Details: Obtain pricing details from vendors as needed.
    • Quotation Creation: Create and share accurate quotations and invoices with clients.

  4. Sales Pipeline Updates:

    • Sales Tracking: Regularly update the Sales Pipeline Sheet to track customer progress and lead conversions.

  5. Marketing:

    • WhatsApp Campaigns: Conduct WhatsApp marketing campaigns based on the Sales Pipeline Sheet.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in creating quotations and managing spreadsheets.
