Quality Rapid Services is expanding its operations and seeking a Commercial Liaison Officer to support our business development efforts.

Job Specification

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing relationships with local businesses and promoting products or services.

The key responsibilities of this role include generating new sales opportunities, contacting prospective customers, and conducting tours for potential members.

The successful candidate will also prepare regular reports for the sales manager, summarising progress against KPIs, and work closely with the marketing and events teams to leverage existing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generating new sales opportunities by approaching walk-ins, cold calling and networking.
  2. Contacting prospective customers who have sent enquiries, and converting them to members.
  3. Conducting tours for prospective members and suggesting suitable membership options.
  4. Preparing new membership documentation, explaining terms to customers and arranging payment methods.
  5. Establishing relationships with local businesses with the aim of promoting our corporate Tiles & Sanitary items.
  6. Preparing regular reports for the sales manager summarising progress against KPIs.
  7. Representing Quality Rapid Services at a range of community and fitness events.
