Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in Pakistan. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day sales operations, working closely with existing customers and strategic business partners, and executing the company's end user pull-through strategy.

The successful candidate will apply solutions selling techniques, maintain customer records, and provide sales and marketing support. Additionally, they will work with Sales Engineering to ensure CSPs are technically trained and certified on the THE WORX product portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Effective use of CRM tools for maintenance of accounts, account planning, forecasting, and customer marketing records.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in sales and business development.
