The role of a Business Development Manager involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

This is a key position that requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Find and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose software solutions.
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals to clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations to showcase the company's offerings and close deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Promote the company's products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Utilize various channels such as emails and cold calling to prospect for business.
Key Requirements
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a services-based software company.
  • Experience in off-shore business development, particularly in EU, US, CA, and AU regions.
  • Excellent negotiation and convincing power.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage stress effectively.
  • Target-driven, proactive attitude, and focus on results.
