The ideal candidate for this role should possess a graduate degree and have 3-5 years of sales experience in the mobile handset industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to ensure profit growth and expansion of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales plans to drive business growth.
  2. Coverage Plan Development: Collaborate with BUH to develop a regional coverage plan that ensures high-quality service and adequate coverage by the sales force.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze market dynamics and business trends, particularly focusing on various products distributed by the company.
  4. Field Visit Guidelines: Review and suggest necessary guidelines for market visit schedules of the sales force.
  5. Sales Meetings: Conduct periodic sales meetings to assess the adequacy of sales plans and other operational issues with Sales Officers.
  6. Service Standards: Visit the marketplace regularly to determine the work ethics of the sales force and check service standards, product availability, market development, etc.
  7. Credit Policy and Implementation: Guide the sales force on replacement-related matters and credit policy, ensuring effective implementation.
  8. Market Intelligence: Research, analyze, and compile market intelligence on promotional activities, prices, coverage, credits, new launches, etc., of the company and competition, evaluating their impact on business results.
  9. Order Delivery and Payment Collection: Review and ensure coordination of order delivery to the marketplace through the sales force and ensure collection/recovery of payments as per SOPs.
  10. Market Opportunity Identification: Visit potential markets to identify evolving market opportunities.
  11. Coaching and Counseling: Coach and counsel the sales force on the company's service quality standards, ensuring effective implementation at all times.
