Senior Software Engineer Job Opportunity

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Islamabad-based team.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Design, develop, test, and document well-structured, scalable code that meets the functional and non-functional requirements of our clients.
  • Participate fully in all aspects of software development activities, including coding, code review, unit-testing, bug fixing, and operations.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and functional consultants to design, integrate, and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Solve complex customer problems and resolve software defects.
  • Provide detailed estimates and timelines for support engineering tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational coding standards and best practices.
  • Partner with the QA team to deliver high-quality output.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in developing distributed systems and high-volume transaction applications.
  • Deep understanding of software applications architecture and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS & PaaS concepts.

  • Leadership skills, supervisory abilities, time management expertise, problem-solving orientation, effective communication skills, and a collaborative working style.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply complex subjects and technologies.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
