We are seeking a professional to join our organization in the role of Technical Support Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and training to customers using the Insignia Library System (ILS). This is an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of library management software and contribute to helping librarians and educators worldwide with their daily work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical support via phone and email to troubleshoot user queries.
  • Contribute product enhancement ideas to improve the system's functionality.
  • Provide comprehensive training to customers through online or in-person sessions.
  • Participate in quality control and bug testing processes for new releases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledgebase cases and release notes.
  • Update the user manual to reflect changes and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the development team by conducting research and documenting findings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Library Science, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated writing and typing proficiency.
  • Able to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
