The role of a Senior Business Enablement Partner is to act as a strategic partner in driving the development and execution of enablement programs for sales teams.

- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs for global sales representatives, focusing on their career progression and performance enhancement.
- Partner with sales leadership, business operations, and product teams to architect and execute departmental enablement strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Lead departmental projects of diverse scope, introducing innovative solutions to elevate sales performance and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or business development within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Excellent presentation skills, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expert-level knowledge of sales development processes, analytic frameworks, and enablement methodologies.
Impact and Scope:
- Leads the design and execution of complex, cross-functional projects that significantly impact departmental OKRs and business outcomes.
- Serves as a subject matter expert; educates, advises, and drives best practices in enablement.
- Provides data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions.
