Job Overview

Hillcrest Solutions is hiring for an International Chinese Telecom Company's GSC project in Pakistan.

  1. Coordinate surveys and ensure timely reporting.
  2. Follow up on S2 S3 processes and PR Pool/CFG procedures.
  3. Determine sites as per Contractual Scope and maintain consistency between Planned & Delivery Scope.
  4. Process PR POs, issuance for delivery projects, and track LTOs.
  5. Record undertakings, long pending PO tracking, and follow up with delivery teams.
  6. Monitor Project Plans and ensure ISDP KPIs are above baseline.
  7. Follow up with Delivery teams as per targets assigned by PMs.
  8. Audit No PO No Work regulations internally.
  9. Maintain PDES Data on system as per ME requirement.
  10. Prepare daily project Progress reports (email, SMS, Print).
Key Responsibilities

Survey Reporting & Coordination:

  • Survey Reporting & Coordination

Process Follow-up & Coordination:

  • PR Pool/CFG for S2-S3
  • Sites definition as per Contractual Scope keeping consistency between Planned & Delivery Scope
  • PR PO Processing, issuance for delivery projects

LTO Tracking & Coordination:

  • LTO Tracking, highlighting key tasks for LTO with all Delivery owners to minimize LTO as per Target assigned

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Project document tracker and record keeping (PACs, ATP documents record etc.)
  • Configurations publish, SO verifications, Revenue Triggering as per PODs / PACs, ensuring no ICFR
  • On hold sites reconciliation with customer

Skills & Qualifications

Requirements

  • Good Communication skills
  • Hands on experience on Huawei Basic tools
  • Daily project Progress report (email, SMS, Print)
