Junior Consultant Role

You will assist in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. This involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and help them maximize the potential of the Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering Business Requirements: Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Solution Customization: Support the customization, implementation, and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Process Design: Collaborate with senior consultants to design and develop processes that meet client needs.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 modules.
  • End-User Support: Provide support and training to end-users post-implementation.
  • Documentation: Help in the preparation of documentation, including system specs and user manuals.
  • Knowledge Updates: Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial processes and operations is a plus.
  • ERP Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
