Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Consultant to join our team. As a Junior/Associate (Fresh) Consultant, you will assist in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Support the customization, implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to design and develop processes that meet client needs.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Provide support and training to end-users post-implementation.
  • Help in the preparation of documentation, including system specs and user manuals.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes and operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
