Telesales Leadership Role

This position requires a seasoned Team Manager to oversee the performance of a telesales team.

About This Position

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team and drive sales growth through effective team management and strategy.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Management: Oversee a team of Telesales Executives, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

Sales Performance: Drive sales performance by setting and tracking KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance sales outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years' experience in team management, preferably in outbound sales or telemarketing.
  2. Strong sales acumen and a proven ability to drive sales growth.
  3. Natural leadership skills, with experience in motivating and developing teams.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Knowledge of Financial Services or Telecommunications is beneficial.
