Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned marketing automation professional to drive the execution, optimization, and performance tracking of inbound and outbound marketing efforts.

A successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of lifecycle marketing, campaign automation, lead engagement, and data-driven targeting strategies within the HubSpot ecosystem.

  • Develop and implement marketing automation workflows using HubSpot to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
  • Create and manage Forms to capture quality leads and sync relevant data into the CRM.
  • Analyze performance across all marketing campaigns utilizing HubSpot Analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Design and test conversion-driven CTAs that cater to diverse audience needs.
  • Craft dynamic Lead Flows to create engaging lead capture experiences.
  • Utilize HubSpot Ads to synchronize lists with ad platforms like Facebook and Google, ensuring seamless ROI tracking.
  • Establish segmented smart lists for targeted audience nurturing and activation.
  • Foster collaboration between sales and marketing teams to optimize lead flow into the CRM.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to measure multi-channel campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on forms, emails, and CTAs to improve engagement metrics.
  • Maintain high standards for email deliverability and list health using integrations like Never Bounce.
  • Support integration with third-party tools such as ZoomInfo and ad platforms.
  • Prepare reports on campaign KPIs and share performance insights with relevant stakeholders.
