Automotive Sales Specialist

PakWheels.com is seeking an Automotive Sales Specialist to join their sales team. As a key member, you will drive growth and revolutionize the automotive industry in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Management: Manage car sales, coordinate with onboarding, buyer helpline teams, and other stakeholders for timely execution of services.
- Query Resolution: Resolve incoming queries (calls, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) for all car stock and provide information to prospective buyers.
- Sales and Negotiation: Visit seller locations with prospective buyers for vehicle viewing and use proven sales techniques to effectively present and sell automobiles to prospective buyers.
- Transaction Execution: Ensure proper transfer of vehicles from sellers to buyers at the time of transaction.
- Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reporting to managers in specified format.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of cars is a must.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Persistent, hardworking, and passionate.
- Comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and email.
- Ensure maximum inventory as per given targets of sales.
- Manage seller's contacts (call, SMS, etc.) for onboard inventory.
- Keep in touch with sellers every couple of days and inform them about progress on status of vehicles.
- Once an appropriate offer is received, inform sellers and ensure end-to-end transaction.
- Keep all records updated all the time.
